Fantastic fan cover opens but won’t close

New to us 2020 30’ classic. Fantastic fan cover opens and blades turn on from the wall panel. Blades turn off from panel, but cover remains open and must be hand cranked to close. Thoughts? Thanks!

I don’t know if this will solve your issue, but I find this video to be a great overview of how the Fantastic Fan controls work.

Thanks for the info and link, Dennis. I discovered the lid can be opened and closed independently of the fan under “climate” on the c-zone screen.

The culprit is the 'speed' switch...just leave it on '1' all the time.

I typically set mine to “0” when not in use to avoid parasitic draw on the batteries.
