Bathroom / Shower vent fan replace instructions please?

We have a 2013 FC and would like to replace one or both vent/fan assemblies at some point... anybody done this ?
Did a search here and came up empty. Thx

I saw a post, either on this forum or on FB Airstream Addicts the other day where someone replaced their bathroom ceiling fan vent with a boat porthole window that pushes open....it was cool looking. It opened up to allow ventilation and let a lot more light into the bathroom.
