Wing Windows?

I removed the street side wing window in order to replace the PK screws with rivets. I knew this window was plastic but had not inspected it very close. The plastic (polycarbonate) is starting to craze in the upper corners. So here's the question, I think I can get my hands on a double pane window of the same or close to my 71 single pane window. Will the outer pane of the double fit in the single pane window frame?

It looks like the inner and outer panes on my '73 are the same. This is based on trying to take mine apart and breaking the outer in the process. I'll start taking the other side apart in a few days.
