Window sliders lubrication.

Hi all.....I have a question about the plastic window sliders in my 1972 Tradewind. They are very stiff and I'd like to lubricate them. I'm wondering what would be the best lubricant to use for those plastic sliders.
White Grease?
WD 40?
Vaseline.....??

Anything that remains moist will attract dust & dirt, making the problem worse. Apply some silicone lubricant. Spray into a cup, and apply w/ Q-tip.

There are some "dry" aerosol lubricants. Experiment. Silicone is fine, but doesn't always last.

As much as possible clean everything thoroughly first. If this means a toothbrush and a reduced diameter fitting for the vac cleaner,,so be it.
