Same here. I’ve got 303 and the Florida sun bakes the stick resistance out in a few days. Frankly we don’t get much open window time here. It’s mostly AC weather. But the couple of times we can go windows open I just chase the seals with a credit card and we’re good for the week or so we are camping.

Finally I walk outside, and sometimes all it takes is a mere pull with a fingernail (exaggerating again) to pop the window open.

So I am ready to try a Window Popper....in addition to applying the 303 protecant to the window seals to keep them in proper working condition.

I highly recommend the poppers. I did the 303 thing for years and....it worked.....but not all of the time. The wife (and I) really like the poppers. Easy Peasy.

I made my own window poppers after viewing the thread below. They're simple to make and the cost is minimal.

We installed a set and they work well. It takes 5 minutes per window if you want to be careful and not put holes in or scratch adjacent or unwanted areas (I placed tape on area and used center punch to create a dimple before drilling). -Brad

I installed ours last week - easy install and they work flawlessly. No more wrestling with the windows.

Be aware that silicone is not rubber friendly. 303 is rubber friendly.

I painted the face (glass side) of all the window weatherstripping / seals with clear mail polish last August and none of the windows ever stick.

That's probably for anyone hesitant to drill into their window. 4 minutes of sweating, 1 minute of drilling and installing. My first window might take 5 minutes, but hopefully would go quicker after that!

I just got 6 of these while visiting Woodland Airstream. They had a few left on the rack.

We’ve had the poppers for three years. They work great. We got them on the recommendation of fellow Airstreamer. We still use silicon on the seal once a year.

Silicone periodically and run a credit card around the seal if they are stuck. Could even spray some of the silicone on an old credit card to keep it from sticking.

I've used silicone and 303. Applied sparingly or liberally. Neither worked very long. Installed Poppers last year and they work !!

Window poppers availability

I have used silicone spray on windows to prevent sticking and use a credit card to work the windows free when they inevitably stick anyway.
I want to install window poppers but I can't find them.
Website for "seeyoudowntheroad.com" appears to be no longer functional.
Anyone know if this popular product is still available?

I got mine at Woodlands Airstream when I went to visit their store. They had a bunch, but I never did find them on their website. My suggestion is to give them a call and see if they still have them.
