Window Hardware Removal Question

I have a 1968 Safari that i am replacing the back window on. I was curious about how you got the top bracket out. I want to take it out and clean it up before I put in my replacement window. I have included a picture of both parts of the frame that I found on the web.

I have the bottom part out, just trying to figure out how to get the top out.

Thanks

It's hard to tell from the picture, but you should just have to drill the rivets out.
