Ok --the other day I went to lower my bedroom window and one arm came loose from the frame of the window. It has four holes. There are small rivets in the other windows...so I went across the street and bought a ten dollar rivet gun. My question is this. In order to replace the rivets am I going to have to remove the arm from it first- or will those rivets go in round it?
Not sure about the clearance... but you may need an long nose on the rivet gun to miss the frame... I ended up drilling out a piece of 1/4" drill rod on a lathe so I could rivet right next to the edge of the window frame....
