I have a 1971
Sovereign International with double pane vista view windows. After reading numerous post on windows I need some technical help. After having to take one of my vista views out and separating for metal repair I noticed my windows have two seperate pieces of glass with gaskets on each window that sits in a groove of their own with no removable inner ring as some have posted. I bought new gasket from TechnologyLK.com that was supposed to be used on my double pane windows but the gasket they recommended for the double windows was 19/32 tall and a 1/4" wide which is the size of my vista view gaskets. I saw on one post a 1/2" tall by 1/4" was the correct size for my double panes if memory serves. Can someone give input to the correct size of gasket for the vista and the double pane windows. Spent 60.00 on a 100' of gasket part # GC722c that I was told was for my double panes and ended up being the wrong size. Looks like the GC725C would be the correct size for the double panes on their web site. Hope they will exchange. Please help.
