Upgrading my windows

Hi, this is my first post on the forum so I hope I have used the search function correctly and this question has not already been asked and answered. I have a 2000 19' Bambi and it is time to make some upgrades, if possible. One of the things I would like to change is the windows that only open in the bottom third of the glass. Is it possible, and practical, to replace these windows with ones that fully open? Has anyone done this?
Thanks,
Cathy

Cathy & Pete...

Welcome to the forum... I can't help you with the window switchout you are interested in...(our windows are the full-open type)...but I can sure welcome you! I'm sure you'll get some replies to your question soon, though...

Good Luck!

Replacement window

Checkout the blog embedded in airstreamlife.com - the publisher of the magazine details how he had his Safari window replaced with the full opening type. I'm tempted to make the same modification - but I need a few more paychecks to happen first.

The short answer is - they remove the "huer" style window and replace them with a Classic style window.
