Stone Guard Window Gaskets

The gaskets that hold the plexiglass in the frame of the stone guards on my 2012 27fb Flying Cloud are coming loose at the corners.

The pic below is of one corner of the (open) center stone guard - the gasket is coming lose from all 4 corners on this guard.

On the 2 side guards, the gasket is coming loose on the upper inner (rounded) corner closest to the center guard - in other words, if you're looking at it from the front, the left guard's top right rounded corner and the right guard's top left rounded corner.

While still under warranty, I intend to include this on the list of things for the dealer to address at the end of the season but I have 2 questions I could use your help with:

1) assuming this is "normal", I'll likely be doing this myself every couple years or so. What tools/process should I use to re-stuff these gaskets (including the left/right removal process - haven't done that before...). I tried pushing the center window's gasket in by hand but it didn't want to play along!

2) is this something that can wait a month and 3 more outings before bringing to the dealer or should this be fixed ASAP? Are the windows going to fall out of the frames?

Mine does this too; I just push the gasket back into place with a screwdriver.
One day I might replace all of the gaskets, but for now, they are still flexible.

I have already replaced the gasket that goes between the frame and the skin

My '07 did that and they kept popping out again after I pushed the gasket back in. Finally I just cut it at the corner and then pushed it back in.. Problem solved.

Order some new cording (I'm having a pre-senior moment...can't remember what it is called!). Ace has is a thicker dimension than normal household screen spline (I remembered!) When you install it, don't let it stretch. That is why it works out. Use your spline tool, rolling TOWARD the portion already in place. This compresses the spline, rather than stretching it.

Ours did on the 2005 and on this one. We did what Wayne&Sam did and snipped the corner.
