Stacked window repair during shell off

The stacked window shown in the image below was broken when I bought my trailer and I was hoping to replace it while waiting for some work to finish on my frame.

As I am currently in the middle of a full monte renovation I was wondering if there is any problem with removing this window while the shell is off the frame?

You should have no issue removing and replacing that windo as far as shell integrity is concerned. In fact, now is a great time to do window work.

Unless of course you have one single block supporting all the weight right under that window in between the ribs.

Hahah I definitely have more than that supporting the shell but good call noting that. Thanks for the quick response!

Just out of curiosity, I was also hoping to install a new AC unit at this time. Any thoughts on if that is also ok to do at this time?

If it were me, I'd cut the hole and test fit, but wait to put the AC on until after the shell was buttoned down. Precision is most important when returning the shell to the chassis. A 100lbs +/- added to the top would give me pause.

My 2¢
