Screen fasteners 1965 Tradewind

Anybody have a source for screen fasteners for a '65 AS? They are spring loaded and metal (cast aluminum?) Pulling on them compresses the spring and allow the elbow to wrap onto the screen. When released, it holds the screen in place. I've only seen plastic versions with no spring on the usual vintage AS sites. Thanks

Don't buy the plastic ones!
I got a bunch of them from inland RV, installed them on all the screens, fast forward 6 months and 9o percent of them were cracked or broken!
Keep in mind the trailer had not moved either.
I made my own out of aluminium and used stainless screws.

My gut told me the plastic would be temporary fix at best. Thanks

You might check Lowes or Home Depot. They both carry screen clips. Might find something there you can use. (several metal clips listed on their web sites.)
