Red face How much is that window?

I came home this evening and discovered that one of my windows in my new 2008 International had been shattered in what looks like an attempted break-in. The hardware is fine, the screen is fine, just the glass is gone. It is a 29x27 window over the sofa. I think my two little dogs scared off the potential intruder...they are little heros tonight! Does anyone have an idea of what the replacement cost is of this glass??? I am afraid to find out...especially with Christmas so close. I am getting ready to pull out of this park next week and head to Las Vegas...gotta have a window in for the road and for the fact that it is darn cold right now.

At least the would-be burglar got nothing.
It will probably be several hundred dollars. You may want to see if you can get your insurance to cover it. I know some auto policies cover glass replacement without a deductible, I'm not sure about trailer windows.

That glass is just under $200.00, plus shipping.

The cost of shipping depends on how fast you want it.

If you want one shipped out today, you must place an order within the next 3 hours.

I'll install the window as a christmas gift to you. Just drag that thing over here to Lodi (30 miles Hwy 12 east). Tim

The new window from Aistream comes with mounting hardware, but not the lift arms, hope you saved them...takes about 5 minutes to install.

Yes, if you're fairly mechanically inclined, it's an easy fix. You do need to make sure the window is tilted up at a sufficient angle to go into the ridge so you don't bend the new mounting hardware.
