How difficult is it to fix windows in a safari 22' 1966 model?

Is it really difficult to put screens in the 1966 Safari ? We're looking to buy one but no screens and one window was broken and glued back together.

Are the frames for the screens there?

If they are, new screen fabric and fasteners are easy. No frames, then much bigger problem.

You may be able to find something in the classified section of Airforums. There are also trailer salvage yards that have Airstream parts. If the Safari is a decent find, don't let the lack of screens stop you. But, of course, I'm partial to the Safari model!

1966 Airstream used tempered glass, in all the windows.

I don't know how someone could go about gluing a broken one back together since they break into thousands of pieces.

Replacemen tempered curved and flat windows are available for your Airstream.
