Glazing for Argosy

I am going to use Lexan in the panorama wrap window in my Minuet as a temporary fix until I can find an original glass window from a salvaged Argosy. It looks to me that the other windows have the glass set in some sort of rubber "gasket" or glazing that the glass sets in and is then fit into the 5/16 channel of the aluminum frame. Anybody know what this glazing or gasket(sorry if I am not getting the corrrect terms) material is and where one can find it? I'd rather not goober it up with silicone.
