Easy 'privacy' mod for bathroom elongated window
Our 23D's bathroom has two 'elongated' windows... the upper one of OK, but the lower is a significant privacy problem. Of course, the Oceanair shade will fix that, but we wanted an option that would provide privacy yet allow the shade to remain open.
So, I made a super-quick and easy frosted acrylic panel for the lower window. It is held in snugly place by the rubber channel. Works perfectly.
I started with a 1/4" thick piece of plywood and made a pattern that would hold fast with nothing more than the rubber channel... simply cut the acrylic piece per the pattern and done!
Acrylic and rubber channel from eBay... total cost, about thirty bucks.
