Broken Window AND Broken Plexiglass Rockguard

2015 International 27FB. Went for a quick holiday weekend trip (2 hours away) and when almost to the campground noticed what looked like a black stick protruding from the passenger side of the AS. Pulled over and noticed the entire front side window missing with just shards of glass and the operating arms left. When we got to the campground we also noticed the driver side plexiglass rock guard broken in several places. Coincidence? We went over some bumpy roads but nothing more than usual. I’m thinking flying rocks. Someone else mentioned stress from going over bumps. Any ideas?

Also it appears I can replace both by myself (I don’t live near a dealer). Can I get the parts directly from Airsteam or does it have to be ordered through a dealer? Thanks for any info.
