I could not find them on Airstream Supply website. I suppose they may be available from the factory as a replacement part. My search always led me to High Sky RV Parts, but they often are out of stock or very expensive. Regardless, I have only seen ones with a plastic trim piece on inside of door. Mine is all aluminum.

It sounds like I definitely have many who are interested and need to get to work making some.

Port Hole style door for sale.

I have a "new" door from our 2019 Flying Cloud FB that was removed when new because my wife wished to have a curtain instead of the cool door. See my add in the Classifieds.

Thanks

Great work, did mine a few weekends ago. It brings in much more light into the kitchen. I did not drill through but used #6 1/2" round head screws.

Caravel 2022 20FB Porthole window

That looks great, I did mine a few weekends ago. I decided to not drill straight through. I used #6 3/4" SS round head screws.

I haven’t forgotten. Recovering from the holidays. I still search and find nothing else available. I will respond to those who have shown interest when it’s ready.
Thank you for checking in.

If you mean “ship to Australia”, I don’t see why not. I will have to check the cost. Interest has been very good on this forum and I plan on letting all interested people know when I am ready.
Thanks for your interest.

Hi Ron,
That window looks great. Usually I find these posts a decade after they are posted. Not this time! Add me to the interested in one list please.

Airstream Bathroom Porthole Window

How can I buy one of your kits? What did you use to cut the hole in the bathroom door.

Thank you,
Terry

I am close to having kits ready to ship. My plan is to send a personal message to everyone who wants one. I am going to offer the kit with the buyer’s choice of aluminum binder post or stainless steel screws. The binder posts look better to me, but 1/4” holes must be drilled through the door, adding a bit more difficulty. The screws would only need a tiny pilot hole to get started. I used a jig saw to cut the hole in the door.
Thank you,
Ron
