'75 Trade Wind Vista repair.

I've got the interior skin removed and have found all the leak origins. Now it's time to plan my repair. One of my vista windows was repaired by PO and now leaks. The other is blistered. I have read about removing the Lexan with a dremel on the previously repaired window. I am gonna remove the window completely and try to rebuild it. I notice that the frame is welded.

Anybody out there have any help rebuilding the vista window? I'm gonna go with single pane after removal.

What size is it. Outside frame to outside frame?

P.S. One of the windows has the aluminum ring ( the one with plastic inner pane) and the other is original two panes of glass with rubber seal.

I haven't measured them. I assume all the 75 Trade Winds have the same size vista windows. Anybody know the dimensions?

Thanks. I read that thread and was hoping someone had photos of their work in progress. I love these forums because I can almost always find how-to's with pics.

Thanks

Which type of Vista do you have? The one with the glass inner or the plexi inner? They are made totally different. Also be very careful, broken Vista Views are EXPENSIVE.

AFAIK they came in two sizes the more common one is the 32.5", there is also a smaller one, but I have no clue as to the size.

I have both. On the street side is the original plexiglas interior. And on the curb side is a double glass replaced window. Both are small vistas.
