'66-'68 glass bars

so i know that they make the curved glass for these but some one some were has etiher had one made or has one laying in there garage some where any help out there thanks brandon

Hi Brandon, and welcome to the forums! It might be helpfull if you were to more fully discribe the item it is that you are looking for. Its not entirely clear to me what you are trying to find.

66-68 glass bars

the part i am looking for is the bar that the glass is clamped into it is also the hinge for the window to hinge upwards mine is the type three as described in vintage trailer website it is two piece and runs the length of the window. thanks for your help

Windows and parts...

brandok, Try going to Airstream Vintage Travel Trailer Link Library! and scroll down to parts sites! Colaws in Missouri is a good one to check with as is Cherokee in Colorado. You will probably have to buy the window frame complete so be very exact as to size needed (heights are all the same on the curved glass windows) width and model year. Be specific as to the two piece hinge/clamp Type 3 window and you should be able to find something. Cherokee has an entire warehouse full of windows. They may need the part numbers off the frame you have on your trailer. If the one missing the parts doesn't show one then check the frame of another window of the same size.
