Looking from the inside of the trailer, the loose/missing screen spline should be visible in the screen frame screwed to the wall. I can see the spline on our FC20. If you carefully use a screen spline tool:

. . . you might be able to work the loose spline back into its groove, although this is difficult with no extra screening protruding out past the spline. Yes this is standard Fiberglas screen material, either grey or black.
If you have to replace the screen, yes it will be much easier to remove the screen frame and do the work on a flat surface. You have to be careful, however, not to get the screen material too tight, as you can actually bend and change the shape of the frame. [The screen tool forces the spline into the groove, thereby pulling the screen tight.] Maybe get the top edge done, and the upper corners, then re-mount the frame in the opening, and "tack" the center of the bottom in place with the spline, and work your way toward the corners with the tool.
Getting the screen flat is an art, much like stretching an artist's canvas, where one works towards the corners from the center of each edge.
Hard to put into words . . .
Good luck!
Peter
PS -- There are cheaper double-ended tools available, with the other end meant to push the screen material into the groove, but the tool linked above is a better investment IMO, as it has ball bearings and a larger wheel. The lesser one will do the job.
