1978 opening side windows - any remove and replace videos?

OK, so I've got my brand new (to me) side window and the new weatherstripping is installed.

Are there any videos on actually taking one window out and installing the other? Do I have to drill out the rivets on each end of the J-channel?

Help is always appreciated!!

Thanks!

Don

Put down the drill, and step away from the window.

No drilling should be required. Simply raise the window sash way up to nearly vertical, and it will fall on your head. Installation is the reverse of removal. If it's a big window, you may need a helper to hold the window while you tap the center of the hinge up into the window frame with a rubber mallet.
