Yet another door latch problem

Have a 1990 250 MoHo with door latch problem. It will lock from dash, also will lock by slamming, but the problem is it will not stay shut. Once I begin driving and hit the slightest bump the door opens. To say this is annoying is a mild understatement. When I go around a corner the door opens and the steps come down. Does anyone know if it is a latch problem, hinge problem, or simply need new parts? What are they and where do I get them?

You need new parts, including the door gasket.
