Replacing Main Handle & Lock

The short story is the prior owner had kids who locked the door and left the keys inside. To prevent a similar future occurrence, they simply removed and tossed the tumbler....see the pic, which for some reason decided to rotate 90 degrees to the left!. This goes on a 2012 23D. I ordered a new handle and lock from AS (apparently I miss-ordered, or you can't just get the tumbler), and am unable to find a video on the forum or YouTube on installation. Anyone with experience in removing and replacing this that can direct me? Thx!

Did you try a local locksmith? They might be able to fix you up.
