Repair or replace Baggage Door Latch locks?

On my 2015 International Signature 2 of 3 storage/baggage compartment locks no longer work. Key slides into cylinder but will not turn to lock/unlock. Replacements are $45/@ from Out-of-Doors Mart. Any remedy except buying new latches?

Hello marcusmark, I had one freeze up on my 2015. I took it to a locksmith and he worked on it for a while and called me back and said it was a inexpensive lock and couldn’t get it to open. I bought a new one from Out of Doors mart.
