Relocating the door

Not sure if this is the right location, but has anyone ever attempted to relocate the door on an AS or Argosy?

Starts at post 100, moving front door to the rear.

There are several hypothetical discussions about moving the door from curb to street side for (AU/UK conditions) but they usually digressed into reversing the frame (not advised).
