Locked out!

So we got home and now are locked out of the airstream. The lower lock is fine. The upper lock (dead bolt) will not turn completely to the right to unlock the door. It lacks a fraction of an inch. Any Ideas?

I would think you would turn it to the LEFT to unlock it

i have turned it to the right for a year and it always would unlock.

try pushing on the door while turning the key. mine unlocks when the key is turned right.
