I can't lock my trailer... HELP!!!

Hey. I've been trying for the past year to find someone with info on appropriate replacements for both of these lock sets. Neither work and so my poor girl is a sitting pigeon.
She's a 1964 Overlander. The inside of the doorknob just has one of those little turn things in the middle of it. It turns but the lock doesn't catch. The exterior dead-bolt is not so important, as I don't take her anywhere
Can someone be a hero?
Thanks!

There is a lock kit available that replaces the original lock.

The bottom dead bolt, is an add-on, as Airstream did not use that dead bolt until 66 or 67, but certainly not in the 64 models.

I think you can buy a new set from the local hardware store to replace yours, not sure. If they need to be modified for a shorter shaft you can try a locksmith.
A locksmith may be able to fix your old ones and Key them alike. They even have mobile locksmiths in some areas.
If you are handy you may try taking yours of and cleaning, lubing and put it all back together to see if that will help before you call a locksmith.
Good luck.
