How to remove door from trailer?

I have a 1988 25ft Excella. I was replacing the bolts that hold the door hinges to the trailer. First one came out and I replaced it. Second one started to back out and then it stopped and just rotated freely. I later found out that the bolts have nuts and washers on the inside. I had to remove inner door trim and inner skin on door hinge side and with great difficulty I got a wrench on the nut and could tighten up the original bolt. Has anyone an idea of easily removing door hinges from trailer. Airstream should have used captive nut on the inside.

I'm not yer guy, but here's a bump for the door nuts wherever they may be. I'm interested to see the answer too. Thanks for starting the thread.

When faced with the same problem. I did not want to take the bolts lose from the trailer. I was afraid I would have to remove the inner skin if I had the same problem as stated above.
My approach was to remove the door from the hinges. Not a difficult task as it turned out. I removed the inner skin of the door to find that there were 4 bolts holding the door on the hinges. Actually they are studs, just unscrewed the four nuts and the door could be removed.
I've attached a photo of one of the hinge fastener assembly.
In looking at photos of an Excella it looks like you have the same hinge setup.
