Exterior door hinge

I have tried to find information on fixing a main door hinge which has worn to the point that the door sags and has to be lifted to close. It is a 1965 GT and has one hinge on the main door and it appears that the aluminum hinge has worn with the steel hinge pin. Can I replace the hinge with a newer model hinge that is still availble?

You could ream it out and bush it back to the original size. I have to do this on my 71GT. All sizes and types available at McMaster & Carr. I'm most likely going to use bronze.
