Exterior Door handle/lock replacement

Greetings,
I have a 1986 25' Sovereign that I purchased in November and am fixing up. The exterior door handle/lock came broken and I need to find the proper replacement kit. Can anyone help me find a parts supplier who actually has this available please? I've checked several sites that have been referred by Airstream but the vendors don't actually have the parts available to order - and I need to get this fixed by early March when we're due to hit the road.

Can you post a picture so we are sure we are talking about the same thing and maybe see what is broken.

Thank you both for your notes. I searched yesterday for quite a while and found an original replacement Keeler set on eBay, so trust that will work well for quite a while.

I found a new one on EBay without keys(shouldn't be a problem)

You may find that a lot of the 1980's models had keys the same. We have 2 88 AS and the door keys are the same..

What's latest recommendation? Full replacement needed for Keeler Brass exterior and interior assembly. No originals available that I can see. Who has done a retro fit and what product did you use (brand and part #)? Seriously....I need the whole thing replaced; repair not an option. I will have interior plate and handle available if anyone needs them. (3 screws with lever lock version; plate size approx. 6"x4".)
