Entry door lockset

I'm in need of a new lokset for my 65 GT. It is set up for knob with separate deadbolt below. The locks appear to have a 4 3/4 to 5" setback. [see pictures] In searching the forums, I dont see any reference to this set back dimension. Is anyone familiar with this and what may be available? Thanks, Jim

Thanks for reply. Ive seen this lock and they call for 3 7/8 setback and appears to require oval or square "bore" My door does not seem to have been altered.
