I didn't have a notched wedge like in the video. Used a regular wedge and put some electrical tape on it for cushion. I was pretty timid with the pounding at first, but wasn't denting anything so hit it harder. I couldn't tell that it was moving at all, but it definitely moved enough to make the latch work better.
Before, I could see that it was slightly off center. Had to really slam it to make it close and it was difficult to close from inside. Works great now.

Lucky you
Lucky you our 2021 upper hinge bolts both just spin in circles even pulling on the hinge. Must be the tack weld or something broke loose on the inside. Not to mention the factory stripped out the torz bit bolt holes. Called the factory they said start drilling out the interior.

Thank Bob
Thanks for the link. Picture helps. So with our 2021 30 ft the bolts are just spinning in circles must be someone on the line forgot the bracket or they quit using them. I can push and pull my bolts out 1/4 inch but can’t tighten them. Has to be they just used nuts ?
