Door sag

Picked up new 25FB and the door worked perfectly on the walkthrough but on first trip door has sagged making it difficult to close. It’s almost like the structure of the frame realigned? Anyone seen this before?

Any chance you are using the stabilizer as a leveling tool rather than a stabilizer? To test back off (go up) on the stabilizer near the door, then run it back down to stabilize only and check door closure again.
