Can’t get my door open

Haha - after the hurricane I can’t get my door open. I thought it was possibly the level so played with that a bit but still can’t open it. Any thoughts please? I’m locked out of my trailer. It is a 2017 flying cloud.

If it won't unlock, try pushing or pulling on the door while turning the key, take some pressure off the mechanism.

Seems this is an issue with earlier models - the door just locks itself. I now have a hide-a-key. Thank you for response. I hope this helps others down the road.
