Cabin Door Hinge Help

We have a 2019 FC 27 and the lower hinge bolts will not tighten...If this model, and I am assuming it does, has a backing plate with nut how can I quickly repair this on the road.....our first leg of a 4K, two month trip? There is no way of getting it to an AS dealer as the current backlog for Maintenance is months out. I think the bolts are stripped.

Any quick help would be most appreciated. I have access to tools where I am currently camping for a week. Thanks in advance to anyone that responds.

P.S. I have reviewed previous threads but somewhat confused as to how to proceed.

I have seen this thread before. As I remember, there is no easy access to the nuts that are captured on the inside of the outer skin. I am pretty sure that they had to drill a hole through the inside skin to get to the nut. Depending on where that is on your trailer you will have to make a patch to cover your hole or drill accurate enough holes to install a metal or rubber plug to cover the hole. Sorry this is not too detailed of an answer, but I'm pretty sure this was the agreed upon way it had to be repaired.
