72 Tradeind Entry door hinge

I've attached a pic of my upper hinge which has 2 cracks(1 in hinge, 1 in the base plate). I assume I need to replace and it will be easier now that I have the interior gutted.
The interior bolt and nut side of the hinge are rusted and may take some work to get off. I'm wondering if I should attempt taking the lower one off also, to clean up the bolt side also, in case I have to get to it in the future.
My main question is, on Out of doors Mart and Inland RV (out of stock) the listing for this hinge says 1973-1992. They do not have a 1972 hinge.


BTW, this is cast aluminum (I think) and it couldn't be welded could it?


This is a 1972 Tradewind but the hinge looks exactly the same. Is there something I'm missing? Are they the same hinge?


Any other vendors I should try fro a replacement?

It is the same hinge. If your trailer was produced as early as 07-1972, it could very well be an early 73. And sold before 1973 and titled as a 1972.

The 1973+ hinge will work fine. Replace both
