2022 FC. Main door aluminum rolled/pinched at hinge

Hello,
We took delivery last weekend for a 2022 FC 30FB bunk. The tech said it was normal to slam the door and that the deadbolt needed a real good push on the door to lock.

After becoming more informed this week about the matter I realized I needed to do some further inspection.

I found the bottom hinge (and top to a lesser regard) was pinched against the door gasket so much so that the aluminum of the door was rolling.

Neither the door nor the screen will shut easily.

The dealer is 3 hours away and I am on day 6 after delivery.

Please see attachment. I uploaded the picture of the door. However, I noticed the top right of the door is very close to the frame while bottom right is further. When looking at the door it tilts to the right. It isn't bent in or out.

What is my best course of action?

Hi Archy, this video is a bit scary but details how they "adjust" the doors. I'd drive the 3 hours and have them adjust the doors until they shut well. You might want to go have lunch while they do the work ;-)
