This is the deadbolt to my 19' International CCD. The tumblers are jammed so that key will not go in. The deadbolt works fine from the inside. I have searched the forums and cannot find where I can get replacement tumblers or even who the the manufacturer is. I have not removed the lockset yet as I don't want a big hole in the door until I find out what to do.

It's a TriMark, and you can get a replacement at your local Airstream dealer.

Thanks for info. That's it. Now I need a source; my local Airstream dealer is not that "local". Do you know of any internet sources?

Before you remove the lock, try using some silicone spray lubricant on it....use the pipette nozzle, stick it into the key hole from the outside and give is a healthy dose... work the lock from the inside so that the inner works move. (When our locks get sluggish or stiff to turn. I do this and it loosens them up right away. It may not work for your particular problem, but it's certainly worth a try.

Speaking as a former locksmith (my brother is still in the business in Olympia), any competent locksmith should be able to fix it, so you can remove it an bring the key cylinder part and the key in for them to repair. There are several things that could be the cause. That should be quicker and cheaper than ordering a replacement.
