1959 Hinge pin

How do these come apart? I've been trying to find the answer on the forums for a while but didn't find anything. Is it friction fit? I've banged on it but didn't want to do any damage. Click image for larger version

open the door slightly to take any pressure off it from weatherstrip etc and tap it out with a drift punch or similar tool.

Hinge Pin Removed

Got my hinge pin out. The top of the pin was a barrel, the bottom was fluted with a twist.
