Winegard Roadtrip-How do I use this thing?

Good Morning,
We just purchased 2010 Flying Cloud and it has a Winegard RodeTrip Satellite TV Antenna installed on the roof. There is a TV in the trailer and a DISH receiver box.

What do I need to get this thing to work? Can I just attache the coax cable coming from the dish directly to my TV then try to get digital broadcast channels? Do I ned to use the DISH receiver? If so, do I need DISH service activated? I use DISH in my house. Can I just get a SIMM card or something from DISH so I can us my existing account?

Any help would be appreciated.
