Running Coaxial Cable

I have on order the new HD 21 Direct TV reciever DVR. Now I find out that it needs to connect to two coaxial cables from the dish inorder to have full DVR function. Problem is my AS has one external coaxial port.
Is it possible to snake a second coaxial cable along side the existing line?

I fished two cables from the outside Fridge access door through a cable penetration in the floor of the compartment. This brought the wires out under the fridge. This allowed them to be fished under the dinette seat and then out tight next to the original Satellite/cable connection.
