It's easy, just pull a few screws on face side of fridge, and the two in back and slide it forward a bit. I think I had to pull the trim piece at the top to get to screws. Watch from back to make sure Lp line doesn't move too much. I only moved it a few inches and was able to fish cable down. Good luck

My rear bedroom 25' FC doesn't have the roof vent for the refrigerator. So have people just drilled the roof into the refrigerator void?

Let more knowledgable folks on your model weigh in but are you sure? I wouldn't drill holes in roof unless absolutely necessary.
