Dish Tailgater Hook-up Help

We just got a new Flying Cloud 25” and are having a terrible time trying to get our Dish to work the way we would like it to. There is a connector outside, but the only way we can use it right now is to thread the cable through the door of the RV and connect it directly to the Wally.

Anyone know a better way to connect??
