Have you tried "re-pairing" the system to your account? There is an option in the smart app that allows you to do this.
Go to "More" and then tap on your name to get to smart account. When you get there the last choice on that page is your trailer model. Click on that and then "unpair".
To pair again, you choose "pair" and it will ask you to scan the QR code on the cover of the router box (it's up in the cabinet where your router is).
You may need your password for your account. It is located under "primary network" in the "more" section of the app.
