What's the best electronics 'bundle' for installing an AV solution in your AS?

I'm thinking about the audio/video that I want in my AS. I've already had the inner conflict battle about purist, remove yourself from all of that or remain connected and have reluctantly decided on the latter. I know this topic has been covered of course, and I'm posting on existing threads, but for the tech units out there, What did combo of HW did you settle on?

To us, it's about making the space as multipurpose as possible. The same main room should be a dining room, game room, bedroom, etc. If we want to catch a game or watch a classic, I want to take the "tv out" and then put it away. I want to take it outside and let the kids watch under the stars while we perhaps go and imbibe.

1. Ability to enjoy indoors and out
2. Compact so it doesn't take up any more space than it needs to. I would like to use the overhead section in the front cabinets as the sole location of my electronics
3. Instead of a TV, I'd like to use a projector and screen that can be dismantled and put away or relocated outside
4. The fewer the wires the better
5. Thinking mac mini, pico projector, wireless speakers and some A/V receiver to tie it all together. The issue there is that it's all 110.
6. If there's internet, reluctantly connect us to the outside world.

Go!

Not sure what HW means?

Sounds like you've got some great ideas that will work for you, good luck and let us know what you end up doing!

Many televisions are 12 volt, with an adapter brick to use 120v. You should have no trouble finding a cigarette lighter style adapter to plug the TV in, so you can use the trailer battery and converter to power it.
I have a personal DVD player that operates on battery power, and has RCA outputs for sharing the video to a larger screen.
Most modern laptops have an HDMI connection, so you can even use one of them to store and play videos. Depending on the model, you can also use one to play most PC games. They also almost universally are wifi equipped, so you can access the 'net with them. Don't expect to be able to stream Netflix, or play bandwidth-intensive games while at a campground. You might be able to do so using your cell phone as a hot spot, but it will gobble up data faster than a drunken sailor on shore leave.
So, to do most of what you want to accomplish, all you really would need would be a television you can find a 12v adapter for, an HDMI cable, and a laptop. You can see if any of the smaller smart TVs have the power adapter, but I don't remember seeing any. If you can find one, you could eliminate the HDMI cable.
