Same challenge on my 25 Flying Cloud, felt like I was going to break it. But, pulled the strap down hard and it did release.

Does anybody know the size of the Allen wrench required to adjust the vertical tilt on the VFS TV mount arm in the Flying Clouds? The hex hole is larger than any of my Allen wrenches.

The strap, yes the strap.

Finally I can now swivel my TV to watch it better. You'd think someone (Airstream??) could put a brief note somewhere informing buyers as to how this works???
