TV Booster on no channels

2019 Flying Cloud RB, TV booster on and not getting any channels. TV works on dvd , scanned several times. Tried to turn and off booster 50X with no reception. Both front and rear TV's not picking up and reception in several good locations.

Where is the problem. I never did any work on TV, Booster or roof antenna.

thanks

I'd check the coax connections...road vibrations can loosen things up.

You may have forgotten (or not known) you have to select antenna or source/cable …and if ant…you must have the little “jumper” across the amplifier installed.

Where is the problem. I never did any work on TV, Booster or roof antenna.
My blame is going onto the lousy roof antenna. I get no channels when I'm under cover but 20 miles from the TV transmitters. Some places you think, "I should get something", but don't.
The booster button has two functions, 1. Boost the off-air signal. 2. Switch to the roof antenna.
That's why you can't boost a cable channel or attach an outdoor antenna to the "cable" port outside.
I suspect the TV is fine. You could try running a 25' piece of coax with "f" connectors from your TV to an outside antenna of some kind, (even out the door, just to test the TV.) check WalMart or Amazon.
BTW beware, there is no such thing as a digital antenna, a HD antenna, an antenna for a 'smart tv'. Or my favorite, a "500 mile antenna" (yeah, maybe on the Moon!")

Has it ever worked?(during your ownership)

Do you need to raise and aim the antenna you have?

I selected "air" on the TV, then went directly down to the scan. Is that right?

it worked in the past. The newer units don't have an antenna to raise or lower, Thanks

Ok, that makes a bad connection most likely and makes it less likely the problem is on the roof.
I would start checking for bad/loose connections behind the switch for the booster.

If the red or green light comes on when you turn on the TV antenna at the wall plate and there is no reception, I'd agree that a loose connection is a good possibility.

The wall plate can be pulled forward after removing the screws and then you can check the connections there.

I have had one of the wall plates/power unit fail in the past. They can be found online or in most RV parts houses and are very easy to replace. Turn off the 12v power before doing the replacement. Lots easier/cheaper to start with replacing the wall plate before doing the roof antenna, and it's much more like that the wall plate is the problem since that's where most of the electronics are housed.

My coax broke last year at the rooftop connection. Reinstalled the cable end and works great now.
