TV antenna replace and add special sauce?

Hi All,

So I have a bit of a strange one for you folks, I have a 1989 34' Limited with an antenna that looks like Edward Scissorhands left his claws behind (it's like this one)

I am thinking of repurposing the existing antenna raising and lowering device to mount a cell booster antenna, but I started thinking what if I could have both... I'm thinking of mounting an inexpensive antenna with a rotator on the top of the antenna mount and relying on its electric rotator to go channel surfing, then use the existing mechanism to rotate the cell antenna.

My concerns are as follow:

Will the antenna be strong enough to not fly off the airstream?
Will the rotator handle odd wind loads?
Will there be interference between the two antennas as one will be transmitting and will it be a problem?

Does anyone have any thoughts, concerns or advice?

RB, guessing my setup is a bit different, but unable to see the type of crank up mast you have. If similar to the batwing that came on trailers 10+ yrs ago, you may be interested in this one from King Jack that will lay flat, which you can get on many etailer sites for $43. Am told (will be installing this weekend) It clips right on to the batwing mast (dual square aluminum posts) and is a 5 min swap out.
I almost went with the more mushroom shape one that mounts a foot off the roof in order to get the signal meter, but found an app for my phone that points to all nearby TV/FM/AM antennas, so hoping that is sufficient.
BTW, almost forgot, but there is also a fitting to attach the head to a pole that comes with the head ifr you dont have the dual batwing standard mast.
