Stranded in France !

Hello to all !
After a big gust of wind I found my Winegard RV-3090 antenna hanging on the side of the trailer!
I have found several sites that sell the base plate:


but no-one wants to ship overseas. Actually the center plastic tube is sheared off at the base where the nylon nut screws on to hold the assembly on the roof, tried the "superglue" fix but it doesn't hold long.Can anyone give me some advice?

thanks Marshall, actually all I need is the base of the antenna (gear housing unit), I found one on this site:Save at RV Partscenter - RV Parts and Supply

I don't have an account in the US but I can send you cash by registered mail, or transfer funds to your account by paypal.
